Come in to the store and fill out/sign a membership application, or print and fill it out then bring it in with you.
Membership Terms & Conditions
Lucky Aces is committed to providing excellent service to our Members. Please review the following terms and conditions that govern all Members. These terms and conditions are in compliance with all state and federal laws and have been established to help ensure that Members can shop in a safe environment. Please note that by becoming a Member, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Many of the goods sold at Lucky Aces are considered distressed, salvage goods or returns. Therefore, Lucky Aces does not guarantee the authenticity, condition, quality or value of goods purchased, including conformity thereof to any relevant state or federal law (i.e., copyright, trademark, licensing, etc.).
Members are responsible for their own conduct while on Lucky Aces premises. Members are prohibited from being verbally or physically abusive to fellow members or store personnel. This includes yelling, pushing, grabbing, and removing goods from another member’s possession. Hoarding is not allowed.
Members are prohibited from opening merchandise in the store, repackaging the goods and replacing them back on store shelves and/or removing price tags. Such activities will be considered shoplifting and Members involved in such activity will be subject to civil penalties and laws dealing with the apprehension and arrest of shoplifters.
All goods purchased at Lucky Aces are for personal use. Resellers are prohibited from utilizing their membership to make a profit from goods procured at the store.
All sales are final unless otherwise specified. A Member acknowledges his/her consent hereto and releases Lucky Aces from any and all liability associated with the goods and Member’s purchase thereof, including incidental and consequential damages. Members accept all liability and responsibility respecting purchased goods, including responsibility for the proper transportation, maintenance, sale, resale and/or care thereof.
Lucky Aces does not warrant the condition of goods it sells. Lucky Aces does not sell items with a manufacturer’s warranty or customer support, nor does it represent any manufacturer or wholesaler. LUCKY ACES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND EXPRESS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND RESPECTING THE SOLD GOODS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF “MERCHANTABILITY” AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE.
These terms are effective unless and until membership is terminated by either Member or Lucky Aces. These terms and conditions may be modified from time to time at the sole discretion of Lucky Aces. Member agrees to be subject to any changes to these terms and conditions as published at www.luckyaces.com. Member may terminate their membership at any time. Lucky Aces may terminate a membership at any time if Member fails to comply with any term or provision listed in these Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of the membership by either Member or Lucky Aces, Member must promptly surrender the Lucky Aces membership card and other related material.
